I go to a culinary school in France. I really like cooking desserts and pastries. In two years when i finish my program I hope to go to the cordon bleu in atlanta in the baking program. The pajama chef first started out when I cooked pancakes pretty much every saturday in my pajama's so me and my family came up with "The Pajama Chef ". I wanted to cook for my family so i got out of bed early in the morning and went downstairs and cooked in my pajama's .
i think its because of the feel of pajama's, they are so cozy, comfortable and amazing to cook in !!

Rotie de caille au cidre avec des pommes de terre
the dish in english is called roasted quail in cider with potatoes .
This dish was the first time i did it !
It was an excellent dish turned out it was great especially the potatoes with the flavor of the cider.
