Why the PAJAMA CHEF ?

I go to a culinary school in France. I really like cooking desserts and pastries. In two years when i finish my program I hope to go to the cordon bleu in atlanta in the baking program. The pajama chef first started out when I cooked pancakes pretty much every saturday in my pajama's so me and my family came up with "The Pajama Chef ". I wanted to cook for my family so i got out of bed early in the morning and went downstairs and cooked in my pajama's .
i think its because of the feel of pajama's, they are so cozy, comfortable and amazing to cook in !!

Magret au pamplemousse et sa julienne de legumes




This dish is called in english : Magret with grapefruit and some vegetables , carrots and leeks.
This dish took some time to cut up the vegetables as thing as the ones in the pictures.
The magret was very easy to cook i just praying to get it tender and the sauce was made with ginger bread and grapefruit juice it was amazing !
well if you make it at home you will enjoy it !
