Why the PAJAMA CHEF ?

I go to a culinary school in France. I really like cooking desserts and pastries. In two years when i finish my program I hope to go to the cordon bleu in atlanta in the baking program. The pajama chef first started out when I cooked pancakes pretty much every saturday in my pajama's so me and my family came up with "The Pajama Chef ". I wanted to cook for my family so i got out of bed early in the morning and went downstairs and cooked in my pajama's .
i think its because of the feel of pajama's, they are so cozy, comfortable and amazing to cook in !!

Canelloni d'epinards et de cepes



This dish a very long preparation, but i persevered because i wanted to finish this wonderful dish, i got this recipe from gordon's ramsey's cookbook.
